Hiten Sethi is an architect extraordinaire. A truly intellectually and creatively enlightened professional, his iconic designs have entered modern Indian architecture’s hall of fame. His most famous structure, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) headquarters at Belapur, is India’s first green government building and has entered the Limca Book of Records. His expertise lay in Land development, Commercial, Residential, Institutional projects, Administrative, Social and Healthcare Projects and Master Planning.

For two decades, Hiten Sethi has steered his firm to achieve great heights and win several awards and accolades. Under his leadership, HSA has completed space planning and execution for over 45 lac square feet valued at Rs. 1200 crores, and over 2 lac square feet of Interior architecture design and execution valued at Rs. 100 crores. At present, the firm is working on 175 lac square feet worth Rs.3000 crores, and interior architecture projects of 2.5 lac square feet worth Rs. 1.30 crores. A multidisciplinary firm, HSA also undertakes project management and master planning, besides architecture and interior architecture work.

To reach global standards, Mr. Sethi has collaborated with leading global names in Architecture and Design - HOK (Chicago, USA) RTKL (London, UK), SAA Architecture (Singapore) and Callison (Washington, USA).

Creativity with a sense of practicality, Mr. Sethi believes in architecture that works for modern day living. He lays great importance on quality and speedy delivery, with a focus on understanding and meeting the client’s needs and budgets. He is known for his sensitivity to local culture and climate; his enduring structures therefore aim at sustainability and co-existence.

Hiten Sethi’s novel approach has helped built long-term relationships with clients, who keep coming back with new projects for the firm. Some of these clients include government and private entities like City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO - A Govt. of Maharashtra U/T), Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, IDBI, Bank of India, Reliance Industries, L & T, The Wadhwa Group, etc.

Hiten Sethi has now embarked on an ambitious drive to create a pan-India presence for the firm, and also to step on the International scene with some landmark projects. He aims to make HSA one of the most promising architectural firms in the world.
